I have received the following message from the founder of our list,
Cyril Babaev. It was addressed to me but evidently meant for all and
sundry Cybalisters' eyes, so I take the liberty of forwarding it to you
together with my reply.

Dear Cyril,

Many thanks for the way you have handled it. Cybalist is your virtual
cyberchild and its popularity is a feather in your cap. I'm happy to see
that you are well and as energetic as ever.

Needless to say, I won't take advantage of your authorisation in order
to take any of these functions away from you. But I'd like to appoint
reserve moderators and give them all the necessary rights to guarantee
the undisturbed functioning of the list. Diffuse management is simply a
vital necessity on such a big and busy list.

I wish you the best of luck with all your plans, and I'll be looking
forward to any new linguistic projects. I hope you will appear on
Cybalist at least from time to time. You've been missed there.

Yours,

Piotr
