You are right. I took a look in DEX too now.

Why using a word like "paroxytone" when a word has just two syllable? It
sounds "better"?:-)
BTW, I don't quiet understand this one here: "gândac" has stress on "a"
and "gângav" has stress on "â"; so quoted by DEX. When I pronounce them
there is no difference between "gân-" of both words. I assume all my
life I pronounced bad one of the both words:-)
