I am afraid that PIE *i in Albanian yields /z/: *yes- > zienj 'to
boil' (cf. Greek zeein and zein 'to boil', eczema, Old English gist >
yeast); *yeug^-ma: (cf. Lat. iugum 'yok', Greek zeugma 'bond'), *yo:-
ba:, bilabial extended root > zgjebë 'scabies, desire to lie down'
(cf. Slavic iebati 'to fuck', Lat. iace:re 'to lie down'); Illyrian
Iadera > today Zadar/Alb. Zarë.
So, I believe that we have *wik^m.ti > zati >zet '20' from a zero-
grade form *(w)i:k^m.ti.
