PIE *o _always_ becomes /a/ in Albanian, stupid. Before a nasal, /a/
gives ë(N) in Tosk, â(N) in Gheg.

*omlos "bitter" > âmbëlë, ëmblë "sweet"
*oner- "dream" > âdërrë, ëndërrë
*odma: "stench" > âmë
