Ileana and Ileni appears to be derivative of female name "Ileana",
equivalent of Greek "Helena".
Ilean does not sound known to me.

Grinari should be Grânari and appears to be derivative od "grânar" <
grâu < sp. Latin granum

Malinis and Retis are not known to me; I cannot connect them to
anything.
Are you sure they are this way or there is "MãliniS" and "RetiS"?
