Endo- looks like the Celtiberian reflex of Common Celtic ande- / ando-
, which was an intensive prefix, but could also mean "below". The
root of Uellicos, uello- meant "rule, ruler" in Celtic, so
Endouellicos looks to me like it would mean either "Great King-like
(god)" or "King-like (god) of Below (the underworld)".
