1)piatrã = noun, stone
2)pietros = adj., masc. sing. undefinite for "stony"
3)pietrosul = adj., masc. sing. definite for "stony"
4)pietroSi = adj., masc. pl. undefinite for "stony"
5)pietroSii = adj., masc. plural definite for "stony"
6)pietroasã = adj., fem. sing. undefinite for "stony"
7)pietroasa = adj., fem. sing. definite for "stony"
8)pietroase = adj., fem. pl. undefinite for "stony"
9)pietroasele = adj., fem. pl. definite for "stony"

The word showed by you is at row 9 and is not a diminutival form. I am
not aware of any diminutival form of the adjectiv "pietros" . The suffix
"-le" ( there is no suffix -ele) is the suffix which marques the
feminine definite plural. Since "piatrã" (to remain at your example in
question) is a feminine noun we have as follow:

piatrã = nom. sg. undefinite
piatra = nom. sg. definite
pietre = nom. pl. undefinite
pietrele = nom. pl. definite

thus pietre + le > pietrele

Hope this helps
