I did not forgot that /k/ > /g/ after nasal, but the /g/ remained /g/
after nasal too, thus an /ng/ will remain an /ng/; I could not see any
semantic connection between qeth and ngjeth, and it seemed a bit forced
this association to me.

As for Latin "clamare" it yelded in Rom. "chema" (kema) "to call"
