Ok, lets take another PIE verb *kWol- > ngul `to drive in(to), to
settle', <ngulim> `settlement, colony', <ngulitem> `to settle',
<shpërngul> `to displace, to move', <përkul> `to bend, to flex' from
o-grade form of *kWel-/*kWelH- `to revolve, move around, sojourn,
dwell', besides *kWelH- <sjell> `to carry, to bring' (aorist
<solla>), <sillem> `to turn', <sjellje> `behaviour, conduct'.
So, I think that I have right that labiovelar /*kW-/, preceded by
prefix n- cause it to be treated as pure velar.
