Yes there many examples:
many of the Roman emperors were blond and fair. For example,
Suetonius described Augustus' hair as "inclining to golden," and Tiberius
as being "of fair complexion."
Suetonius also refers to Nero's hair as being "light blond."
Also, regarding Lucius Verus:
"Verus...took such pride in his yellow hair, it is said, that he used to
sift gold dust on his head in order that his hair, thus brightened, might
seem yellower." (Historia Augusta "Life of Verus" X.6).
Herodian wrote of Commodus:
"His hair was naturally fair and curly, and when he went out in the
sunlight it gleamed with such brilliance that some people thought gold
dust was scattered on it before public appearances."
Also, Domitian was described as blond-haired and Trajan as golden-haired.
