Actually, both *(s)leh1b- and *(s)leh1g- (perhaps also *(s)leh1-bH- and
*(s)lah2g-) are reconstructible, all meaning things like 'be slack, limp
or weak; hang loosely; rest, relax'; that's why I mentioned
phonaesthetic symbolism (cf. Eng. flabby, flag, flop, etc.). *kole^bati
'to rock' can be derived from *ko- + *leh1-b- if you want to add it as a
cognate.
