[Davius] At least Foley point that there is at least one language (Kallam)
with "vocalic" /e, a, o; y, w/ with the phonemes /w, y/ having alopones [i,
u] respectively. This vocalic system of Kallam is close to some the p-IE
reconstructions, the existence of Kallam system supports the tipological
reliability of IE vocalic system: /e, a, o/.
