Kasgian languages

Hello,
Does anyone on the list have any information about the Kasgian
language group of Northern Anatolia? I can't find anything on the
web. I see from Mallory and Adams (EIEC) that it was a non-IE
language family that is not well documented. I am mainly wondering
two things - did the Chalybes of the Pontus region speak a Kasgian
language, and from what we know of the language, does it have any
affinities with Caucasian languages to the north.
