That's what one obtains if a lot of people go to dance: "troppo
pieno" in standard Italian (the "oop" part is obviously a typo
instead of "opp", "chinu" is the usual South Italian evolution
of Latin "plenus" through a phase "pi(e)nu"; also in Sicilian).
Nothing to wonder about, except the /p(j)/ > /k'/ part which
springs up also in dialectal Dacoromanian and was mentioned a
certain number of times, enough for anybody who reads English
to be aware of by now.
