It's not a labiovelar, it's a "palatovelar" *k^ followed by *w.
Alb. kudër cannot be derived from *k^won-. Perhaps it belongs to the group
of Grk. skulax, Ir. cuile:n, Lith. kale: "puppy, bitch" (*skeu-l-,
*skeu-n-?).

Again, that's impossible. There is no *kW here, and even if there were,
P-Celtic has *kW > *p, not *b.
