No, Alex, Balkanika is your forum and I can't assume any responsibility
for what happens there. I have permitted you to advertise it here, and I
have joined Balkanika, but the rest is up to you.

You don't if you can make a good case and if it isn't the same boring
thing over and over again. Your "older level" ideas have been criticised
quite thoroughly on Cybalist and I doubt if anyone wants to flog that
particular dead horse again. If you don't accept the criticism, it's
your problem. If you want to re-open the discussion on Balkanika,
there's no-one to stop you.
