ah! what a surprise, maybe the "mirë" has too an inherited "r" there.
OK since you assume there is h2ner- then wherefrom would you derives the
Rom, /SerbCr/Bulg forms? From Slavic eventualy?
Or do we have to take a look at an another curiosity like Latin
"serenus" versus Romanian "senin"? This will shows too an r > n . I
guess we cannot eyplain the "nenja", "nena", "nene" without the Albanian
"njeri" it doesnt matter how the transformations are. What do you mind?
