I beg to differ: întru and între are the Romanian
words. intra is Latin, not Romanian.

For the same reason why "eu întru," as it
is pronounced in Transylvania, and not "eu
intru." (Pt. ca le suna mai bine la ureche.)
In Romanian, you have the prepositions &
prefixes "în, întru, între" and no "in."
