I haven't heard it myself. I only *read* the word
many a time. But *always* spelled as such by Aromanians
themselves. There are Aromanian web sites, ask them.

OTOH, there is the Aromanian family name Colibaba;
but I guess that it is a composed one, coli+baba,
since there are similar ones, such as Colimitra
(where even a Romanian can assume coli+mitra).
