Yes, but even beyond, e.g. Marktredwitz in Bavaria
and Lübeck in the North. (And Austria = Caranthania
in Merowingian-Carolingian times.)

Such (Slavic) names as Tetzlaff, Bogdahn, (Z)Schuppan seem
to be very old (let alone those with the suffixes -ow,
-(w)itz, -au, -ke -- the latter 2 being only partially
Slavic)
