përsos looks almost like a calque from Latin per-ficio. But, although
the Albanian for "to do, make" does derive from a root meaning
"glänzen, leuchten, scheinen", like * k^eu-, the form bënj ~ bãj "to
do, make" is actually from PIE *bhah2-(n)-.
