Steve, I've already explained my reasons both in terms of general
logical reasons against an Anatolian pre-IE, as well as linguistic
ones. You offer nothing on your end and use your ignorance to propose
anything you like. What you believe is not the general consensus.
Hattic is viewed as more autochthonous than the Anatolian languages.
