/d/ is voiced, if not always, definitely for the most part.

Technically, there is no "d" in Etruscan. It is transliterated
with "t" and "th" which are generally agreed to differ in terms
of aspiration, not voice. Thus "t" would be an unaspirated
voiceless stop [t].
