Hmm.. it sounds very intersting.
I have no grammair of Rom. Lang here and I guess I make a very big
mistake. If I don't , then for "ce" in Rom. Lang there is too a such
kind of declination:

N= ce, cine
G= ceva , cineva
D= cui, cuiva
A= pe ce, pe cine
If this is not wrong it appears very strange the same "ce" in genitive
"ceva" like in Slavic

How easy in fact *kWe > c^e but Latin quid > Rom. ce
