The Indians have suffered several invasions in historical times, and
they are hardly homegeneous anyway.

Where can I find the view on the Eastern front? Is Austro-Asiatic
(i.e. Munda in India) accepted as 'intrusive'? (I suppose such
discussions would better be held at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/austric , though origins in China have
been discussed at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/austronesian .)
