Only Latin.

The PIE verbal adjective was *-to-. In Latin, this normally developed
after stems ending in a dental (*-d, *-t) into *-..t-to > *-..sso-.
Verbs which had a perfect paradigm based on the s-aorist then adopted
an analogical past ptc. ending *-so-.
