thank you Piotr. So there is cebanum and not coebanum.
That confirms there is a ceban from Ceba cheese and second,
from ceba cannot be coebanum , but cebanum how I supposed it
should be right.
For what I sustained before ( rom cioban / lat. coeban) I do
not have a basis anymore from this text.
With the informations I have today it is pertinetly to let the
hypotesyis sleep a bit:-)
Once again thank you for this edition of Plinius, Piotr.

P.S. If I am allowed to say so, such a mess.. they could have
had in Ceba wine for instances.And none should have had to
think about
"cebanum wine" as a relation to cioban. But exactly
cheese!.hmmm.. ..:-))
