Yes. Children sometimes regularise it by saying "wsza" /fs^a/ for the nom.sg. (the word is feminine), but this reasonable innovation hasn't caught on yet. The 'flea' word (PSl. *blUxa, gen.pl. *blUxU) became early Polish pl/cha : bl/ex, then pl/cha : pl/ech, and finally pchl/a : pchel/ (/pxwa/ : /pxew/), since the old cluster was too much of of a good thing even for Poles.
