[Moeller] My remarque was about the word "felis" and not the
another one. Hence romance languages? Mmmm, in at least one of
the romances there is not Gattus or Cattus but pisica:-)
By the way, in romanian, for a big, nice, fet male cat, there
is another worth and this is "cotoi".But this seems to have
the slavic stamp of "cot" and not the latin "cat" or
"gat".Otherways the name for a young male cat or a non so well
builded male cat is "pisoi".
I wonder about how this word in greek and albanian should
be...
