It does raise interesting issues - e.g.:

1. Date of Albanian tz > th (assuming a parallel with Castilian
Spanish)

2. PIE k^ > Dacian X and how did the Greeks write X?.

3. How would early Proto-Romanian have handles Dacian X and Albanian
tz before Romanian te > tze?

And ditto with other sibilants.

More seriously, I need to get hold of the glosses.

Again, I need to get the glosses and the cognates. Almost my only
resources for Albanian and Romanian are the internet and some notes I
jotted down from a thesis whose author seemed unable to solve PIE *s
