Please go and do some research. Gk. <barbaros> was one of those adjectives in which the feminine and the masculine had the same form (vs. neuter <barbaron>). I wonder where you took this idea of Greek "mod normal" from.

in this case the gendre doesnt speak for the root.
Is there a PIE root for greek "barbar"? ( i cut the suffix here)
