Rounded uvulars are relatively frequent, but not as frequent as plain
uvulars. Uvulars in general are relatively rare as compared to
velars: which is why, as Piotr said, the unmarked (normal, frequent)
series *k^, *g^, *g^h must have represented plain velars, while the
marked (rare, infrequent) series *k, *g, *gh is consistent with them
having been uvular stops.

Rounding/labialization is most frequently found with velars and
uvulars, while rounded dentals are less frequent, and rounded labials
are rare. I wouldn't know for sure if palatalization occurs most
often with velars or dentals. It's also very rare with labials (and
uvulars). Something like this:

labialization palatalization
lab den vel uvu lab den vel uvu
+ + + +
+
+ + +
