No, it's Ermana-ri:ks (*aírmana-reiks in Wulfila-style
spelling). The name is echt Germanic. The Old English
equivalent is Eormenri:c, and there was a king of Kent with
that name. I think the Germanic intensifying element seen in
Goth. ermana- : OHG irmen- : OE eormen- : ON jörmun- has
been discussed on this list before. The meaning of the name
is 'Superking'.
