I don't know what Barca means, but the root You are looking for in
the parentheses ought to be brq, baraq. In Holladay I read that in
hebrew it means lightning Ex 19.16; metaph. of sword Dt 32.14. There
is also a judge named Ba(long)ra(long)q and a person or tribe in Jos
19.45 (b(e)ney b(e)raq.
