Punic surname of "Hannibal Barca"

I know this is possibly not the correct forum, but I hope someone can to answe this:
What is the meaning of the punic surname "Barca" (I heard it means 'thunder, lightning or ray')
But I only found in punic the stems <brk'> 'to bless' and <brh'>.
