Dumezil (Mythe et Epopee) compares Paralatae to the Avestan Paradata (with a
miscopying of Lamda with Delta) "place' (ou cre'e') en avant (ou en
premier)" - which was the epithet of the personage Haosyanha.

Once again, Dumezil compares Traspies to the Avestan theonym Drvaspa "avant
un richesse en chevaux, des troupes de chevaux bien portants". Dumezil says
he is unclear about the meaning of Cotieri and Aukhatai.
