OK, Torsten - don't quit your day job just yet - I don't think that

Seriously, though - why do you insist on not familiarizing yourself
with even the most basic texts on Proto Indo European studies? Why do
you endlessly speculate on your own folk-etymologies instead of
simply going out and finding a decent PIE etymological dictionary?
Why do you feel it necessary to waste the download time and diskspace
of fellow listmembers with such childish posts? Why can't you just go
away like Mr. Crary?
