I had just read a comment from Peter T. Daniels in sci.lang about
Dardic being coordinate with Indo-Aryan and Iranian ("Re: Aleveolar
stops"). I don't know how common that view is. Nuristani is indeed
usually classified as a separate branch of I-I.
