Yes, taking into account Piotr's remark, SLavic points to something
like *g^Ho:y-(h1)n-ko-. The Lithuanian word has certainly undergone
some secondary irregular developments and is probably a dialectism
(from the dialect of Selonians, Lith. se.'liai, an East Baltic tribe
in todays north-eastern Lithuania and partly south-eastern Latvia,
for which, among other features, a phonetical isogloss with West
Baltic and Latvian - a reflex of *g^(H) like <z> rather than
Lithuanian <z^> - is usually reconstructed): somehting like
**z^uo~jinkas would be expected from *g^Ho:y-(h1)n-ko-. zui~kis would
be expected from **g^Ho:y-Vk-yo- after a syncope.
