One of the most useful ancient authors is Apollodorus, sometimes
called pseudo-Apollodorus. However, there are some researchers that
classify all traditional histories and myth as pseudo. Indeed they
are to an extent. I believe this is the point of this discussion.

He wrote the Library or Bibliotheca of Greek mythology, which tells
an early 2nd century BC version of these myths. He seems to have
focused on recording traditions associated with the Trojan War and he
drew mostly on literary sources, not traditionalist informants.
