Impossible: (1) there's no jer in *pizda; (2) Russian *pisat' is not a Slavic verb at all but a relatively recent loan from French, just like German pissen and English piss. The Slavic 'piss' word was *sIcati/*sIc^iti < *sik-. The form *pizd-a:- or *pizd-o- underlies also the Iranian and (I believe) Albanian cognates of The Word.

I personally have always analyzed this word as *pisIda, a regular -Id- derivate from *pisati:pisiti 'urinate', the same pattern as with *pravIda 'truth'<*praviti 'straighten', *krivIda 'falsehood'<*kriviti 'crook'
