Yes. Except that the /o/ is long (-o:x). There are also Greek words
with Dehnstufe (e.g. <o:ps>, <proso:pon>, "face").

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that an initial *h3- for this word would
seem to be in conflict with the reduplicated *i:kw- forms found in
Sanskrit and Greek. In Greek, *h3i-h3kw- should give *yo:kw- (zo:p-,
ho:p-, zo:b-, ho:b-?), shouldn't it?
