I believe there are Iranian elements in some "Thraco-Dacian" personal names. Also Celtic-like elements occur here and there in the Balkan and Carpathian regions, sometimes difficult to separate from Illyrian ones (mainly because next to nothing is known about Illyrian).
 
Incidentally, the name Danuvius was originally used for the upper course of the Danube, the lower course being known as Istros (apparently < IE *ishros 'mighty, fast-running'). Rivername specialists tend to regard Danu- as Celtic or at least "Celtoid", as the area where this name came from is the putative homeland of the Celts. The same river-naming element (*dhanu-, however we analyse it in PIE terms) could be employed independently by Iranian and Celtic speakers.
