Not a death threat or a rebuttle -- just wanted to say your Nostratic
listing looks fantastic! Everything is logically organized! As far as
Gilyak and ChuckchiKamchatkan, I don't know if I can be of any help, but
here goes.

Alekseev includes Koryak, Chukchi, and ? Itelmen (couldn't find a
reference to Itelmen though) as members of the Kamchadal Family and
claims the Chukchi people are located on the Chukot Peninsula while the
Koryak are an Americanoid people of northern Siberia who speak several
dialects closely related to the Luorawetlan language. Arutiunov
comments that there are 7 dialects of sedentary fisherman and 1 of
nomadic reindeer breeders with the latter serving as the lingua franca
for the rest.

Alexeev says the Kamchadal are Paleo Asiatic people of the central
Kamchatka Peninsula who are chiefly hunters and fishers. Luorawetlan is
the language of the Chukchi while the Koryak, ?Itelmen, and Kamchadal
people sepak languages closely related to Luorawetlan. The language of
the Chukchi exhibits significant differentiation in pronunciation
between men and women.

According to HOLLIS (Harvard's On-Line Library Information Service)
Chukchi, Kamchadal, and Gilyak are sub sets of the Hyperborean
Language. According to Arutiunov, Hyperborean is an obsolete term and
there is no Hyperborean language family. Instead, Arutiunov labels
Chukchi and Kamchadal as N.E. Paleoasiatic and leaves Gilyak as an
isolated language.

Perhaps the above might be of help.
