Hell, I don't even have Chomsky sources. It's best to ask others more
competent than I. I'm too busy right now with Nostratic/DeneC. linguistics
to reconstruct how language arose millions of years ago.
My conclusions on human vocal language acquisition are only observational
and extrapolative.
