Just a brief comment on the name of the script. The name glagolica [sic! -- the c should be pronounced ts] is relatively late.
The error is mine. My eyes saw glagólitica where Paul Cubberly's text in Daniels and Bright's The World's Writing Systems actually reads glagólica.As for the c representing [ts], this is one of those problems with when transliterating into English. Beekes spells Donets (the river) Donec, which is bizarre to my eyes, and unless you KNOW what is being represented, your English-speaking eyes are going to turn it into a [k] -- without exception.
