These "kooks", happen to be qualified scientists" Hope it is not too
shocking.

Adrian

Apologies for the length of this letter but there is something I'd like to
say about this particular topic of human levitation and other supernatural
feats -having first experienced full-blown Kundalini enlightenment in 1993,
which was my initiation into many so-called "paranormal" experiences
thereafter:
Mark Dunn and I are working on a theory of consciousness. This theory is
based on our own experiences which are similar and which can explain such
feats as telekinesis, levitation - also OBEs, NDE's, RV etc. Jhan Davis has
recently joined us in this theory - as he has had similar experiences of his
own and therefore similar insights.

Many physicists have conditioned themselves to have their noses so deeply
immersed within the mechanical, microcosmic world of atoms and elementary
particles, that they have lost all sense of the fact that they are actually
creating the things they are examining. This has led us to a false picture
of reality.
Because of the reinforcing influence that science and physics has on
society as a whole, it is indeed sad for all of us, that many scientists and
physicists are still not aware, or seem not to be aware, that this
fragmented world of "dancing" elementary particles is really their own
externalised energy - i.e. fragmented spinning vortices of consciousness.
Now in regard to everything around us really being our own energy, one
may say how is this possible? . . How can everything around me - and this
means everything - even inanimate objects that I can see, touch, and
experience and which seems to expand into infinity - be my own energy?
Well one of the most bizarre conclusions made by our quantum
physicists - and one which many of them do not like to generally publicise -
is that reality seems as if it is being created by each of us who observe it
and interact with it.
Below is an extract taken from 'Other Worlds.' By Paul Davies. (Abacus
1980.) pp. 12-13.

"Recent experiments in which pairs of photons (particles of light) are sent
simultaneously through two pieces of polarised material set obliquely to one
another confirm that Bell's formula is indeed violated.
These studies show that reality, inasmuch as it has any meaning at all,
is not a property of the external world on its own but is intimately bound
up with our own perception of the world - our presence as conscious
observers.
Perhaps more than anything else this conclusion carries the greatest
significance of the quantum revolution, for unlike all the previous
scientific revolutions, which have successively demoted mankind from the
centre of creation to the role of mere spectator of the cosmic drama,
quantum theory reinstates the observer at the centre of the stage.
Indeed some prominent scientists have even gone so far as to claim that
quantum theory has solved the riddle of the mind and its relation to the
material world, asserting that the entry of information into the
consciousness of the observer is the fundamental step in the establishment
of reality. Taken to its extreme, this idea implies that the universe only
achieves a concrete existence as a result of this perception - it is created
by its own inhabitants!" (My Italics)

Surely if the observer and participator of reality is actually creating
reality as quantum theory - or more rather Jack Sarfatti's Post-Quantum
Theory - implies, then the energy that makes up one's physical reality must
be the participant's own energy. Again, this would seem unbelievable and
impossible, but if we are open to the idea that our perception and
experience of our space-time dimension is an illusion then the above would
make sense - especially if we apply the following analogy:
As we know, many of today's computer games, give the illusion of
three-dimensional spaces, which we can "walk" through. But the vibrantly
colourful and highly detailed 'virtual' world we see on the computer screen
is stored as binary coded information on a small, round, flat CD disc. The
illusion of space can be demonstrated just by looking at the rendered and
scrolling 3D environments that are being created with today's computer
technology.
Of course this idea, that the energy of matter and everything around us
in our reality is being created out of our own energy, pushes the quantum
conclusion - i.e. the observer having an effect on the observed - even more
into the extreme. But when all is said and done, this is the only conclusion
we can come to.
Any intelligent person reading about quantum physics can see that the
experiments that have been made in this area seem to point to this
conclusion, although it is often left to the reader to grasp the real
significance of what is being said. It is considered "extreme," because
physicists do not want to admit to something that is seen to be bordering on
mysticism - i.e. that 'school of thought' which is considered by many to be
based on "fantasy" and man's wishful thinking that man is somehow immortal,
and that the structural balance of this reality depends on the state of
every individual's psyche, rather than the other way around.
I would indeed find it difficult to accept the notion that many of our
physicists have not come to this same conclusion - i.e. that our reality is
being created out of our own energy from somewhere within our consciousness.

David Bohm was one physicist who obviously did come to this conclusion and
developed a theory around this 'central point of all energy and
consciousness:' he called it the Super Implicate Order. He also engaged
himself in many talks with Krishnamurti, who, for the reader's information,
had frequently experienced this 'energy phenomenon' which some would call
Kundalini.
While commenting on Bohm's theory, the distinguished physicist,
Oppenheimer - who led the team of scientists who developed the atom bomb -
concluded: "Well we can't find anything wrong with it so we will just have
to ignore it."
Although Bohm did not openly say that, the 'Implicate Order' - or more
appropriately, the 'Super Implicate Order' - is the 'collective centre of
consciousness:' that every individual's centre of consciousness is the same
Centre, and that what we see around us is our own energy which continuously
'unfolds' from this Centre and 'enfolds' back into it again - the above
defines more clearly the conclusions that his theory implies.

We must understand the significance such a conclusion would have for those
who would then proceed to venerate paranormal and mystical phenomena with
it - especially if it was admitted openly. We can see that such a publicly
vented conclusion would be unacceptable to the economical welfare of the
scientific establishment - especially when we note that it is being funded
by a society, which has generally been indoctrinated to accept a false
picture of reality. Its no wonder then that many powerful people would like
the present picture of reality to stay as it is as there is much to be
gained from a people who are unenlightened about their true nature and the
true nature of reality. This is the main reason why this "extreme"
conclusion has never been aired, or widely published - and even if it was,
then we could see why such an idea would at first seem highly incredulous
and presumptuous, if not absurd to the average person.
Now if this conclusion seems preposterous, then the following would seem
even more preposterous, but to explain how the structural outcome of our
reality seems to depend on our observation of it and our participation
within it, I would say that the same 'point of singularity,' from which the
physicists say the universe came into existence, is also within the Centre
of every conscious entity or individual's sphere of consciousness.
We could say then, that every one of us is creating our own universe;
our own sphere, or "bubble" of reality by the rapid repetition of "little
bangs" or pulses of energy, and that all these individual spheres or
"bubbles," somehow merge together and overlap each other in a way that is
not perceptible, so as to create a large 'consensus bubble;' a sphere that
contains within it a continuously flowing pattern of activity - something I
may explain in more depth later in another letter

If matter is our own energy, it would be interesting to think that the
reason why telekinesis (mind over matter) is not a reality for many of us,
is mostly because - at a very deep level - we have conditioned ourselves to
believe - almost instinctively - that the energy of matter is something
separate and distinct from ourselves.
Again, and in a metaphorical sense, our present paradigm really
reinforces a picture of reality that divides us from our own energy. For
most of us, and because of our beliefs about it, this divided energy that
surrounds us can become a "prison."
By trying to find a physical explanation for everything, it seems as
if - at an unconscious level - we actually want to keep ourselves "locked"
and "imprisoned" within our 'crystallised' material boundaries. But by doing
this we are only undermining the creative power that exists from within
ourselves and which creates these seemingly "physical" things - all of which
act like external reference points to the energy and information of the
whole universe, which is really 'wholly' contained 'internally' and so
within each and everyone of us.
Saying that the material world is really made out of our own
externalised energy, takes us into what many would say is the "impossible"
and unbelievable world of the supernatural or paranormal - which of course
many of us are wary and even afraid of venturing into.
What if, a paranormal event or a paranormal experience is indicative of
someone having been able to 'synthesise,' 'unite' 'connect' or fuse with
some of their surrounding energy again whereby they have more of a control
over this surrounding energy, and are able to mould, warp, transform and
alter its patterns - if even for a short moment in time? This would explain
the strange anomalous "glitches" or "bugs" that interrupt the smooth running
of our reality - i.e. paranormal events, which do happen to all kinds of
people from time to time - even though our conditioned way of thinking says
they cannot happen.

At a fundamental level, a paranormal or mystical experience is often the
mind perceiving and experiencing the connection between two things that are
usually seen as separated in time and space. In other words such experiences
are one's fleeting impressions of a "bigger picture," and one must have
'fused' together the energy in one's own consciousness to have then attained
enough energy to see a glimpse of this picture - even though it is often
'played out' in an extraordinary experience, which is indeed considered
anomalous regarding the physical laws we are used to.
In truth, one has tapped into more information about the nature of one's
own reality - i.e. had an experience, that goes beyond the limited
boundaries of the 'crystallised' pattern of energy and information one is
used to. And it is experiences like these that makes one more aware of the
'holistic' picture of the universe that surely exists within us all.
The divided perception of the mind - which is the normal state of
consciousness on this level of existence (the conscious-self or ego) cannot
purposely connect together things and events in this way, nor can it fathom,
just how these things can be connected by the psychic mind. It seems then,
that a momentary psychic experience is the 'conscious' synchronisation and
'fusion' of our energies - that most of the time are being divided, wasted
and made latent by the conditioning of the mind to only focus on the divided
aspects of its energy in a reality itself has created.
This psychic ability, expressed in one being able to perceive the
connections between things that are usually distanced by time and space, is
attained by the fusion of one's own energies to some degree. The degree of
intensity regarding this 'fusion' of energy, is synonymous with the
intensity of the 'association' and 'connection' that one will perceive and
experience as regards energy and information. These 'fusion' experiences
range throughout the electromagnetic spectrum. Like the seven major levels
regarding the waves of energy we sense in our world - i.e. the seven colours
and notes of the electromagnetic and audio spectrum - these 'fusion'
experiences also range along seven levels; from what we call "normal" to
"paranormal" to "mystical" to . . . enlightenment.

Terry in a following letter you write about Implosion-Vortex technologies
and Zero-Point Energy - and Robert you write about Chi which I would say is
the same energy. Well in brief - and something I may explain in more depth
later if you and other people on the list are interested - the 'fusion
experiences' I have mentioned above - which we could say is related to an
"implosion" of one's consciousness - being reduced down to a point of
singularity - are activated when we become conscious of our own Zero-Point
Centre - which we could say is the Centre of our own consciousness where a
limitless amount of energy is stored and which we tap a - bit - at - a
time - measuring it out so to create our own reality around us. As regards
the oscillating cycles of our consciousness, we are usually momentarily
unconscious at the point where we tap this energy. But, if we can become
conscious at this point in the cycle, then we also become conscious within
the zero-points or nodal-points that exist within the electromagnetic waves
of energy - i.e. where the positive and negative waves of energy cross over
and cancel each other out. These zero-points within all the external cycles
regarding the phenomena around us - which is going on at different scales
and frequencies - show where we are momentarily unconscious - all these
external cycles being a multifarious projection of the same cycle which is
going on internally. This is why all energy seems divided and fragmented to
us. All the energy we see around us (our own energy) is divided into quanta
by this momentary "blip" of unconsciousness which is being repeated
internally and which is being projected externally. This is why we are
surrounded by repeating patterns, events, and circumstances. if we can
wake-up by remaining conscious at this crucial point in the backacting
sequence of our own consciousness, then we have fused the external energy
with the internal energy and both at a point within us. In effect we have
fused all energy together by extracting the voids of unsconsciousness that
has divided all energy (one's own energy) For as long as one remains centred
and awake - sustaining it even if for a moment (this is as difficult as one
trying to stand balanced on a very fine tightrope - or stand on a ball
floating on water) - one then has enough fused energy to override the
default parameters of the consensus reality which one has unconsciously
helped to set-up with his or her own energy. This is how such paranormal
feats happen.

To achieve this state, one first has to experiment by remaining conscious
within the Hypnagogic State - which of course is that crucial superposition
point in the slower 'waking-sleeping' cycle. Like all Centres are the same
Centre, all cycles are the same cycle. It is the measure of
energy/information within these cycles that differentiates one cycle from
another, and the difference within these cycles are as different as the
measures of energy/information which are our individual internal dialogues.
Each individual's reality then is an externalised picture of each one's
'internal dialogue' and these all merge to create the collective internal
dialogue which is projected as our consensus reality - the parameters of
which depends on the energy/information of the collective internal dialogue
which sets it at a certain default configuration - its physical laws.

Kindest Regards,

Gary Osborn
