I have enjoyed it too. The Indo-European is entirely new to me. And
the postings are long winded, because I am. - Sorry.
One last thought occured to me, here are the names of the 15th dynasty
pharaohs which are usually thought of as being Canaanite. But why
don't you look at them and see if you see any Hittite, Luwian or
Indo-Aryan tendencies.
I be surprized if you did. The 14th and 16th dynasties are probably
your best bet. (those are the names I don't have). By the way, some
archaeologists limit
"Hyksos" rulers to just the 15th Dynasty, even though foreigner were
present in other dynasties. As I understand it, they do this because
the historian Manetho translated the Hyksos as "Sheppard Kings" which
he applied just to the Canaanite kings of the 15th dynasty.
Salitis aka Shalek, Bnon, Apachnan aka Khyan, Iannnas aka Iannassi,
Apophis aka Auserre Apepi (also possibly Agag or Agog of the bible) and
Assis aka Khamudy. (aka = also known as)
Good night
