Greetings!
I am making an inquiry into the IE word spiritual. Here is what I
have pieced together
From Wulfilas´s Gothic bible:

ahma ist saei liban taujiþ,
þo waurda þoei ik rodida izwis,
ahma ist jah libains ist,

It is the spirit that quickeneth;
the words that I speak unto you,
they are spirit, and they are life

IE equivalents:
Gothic ahman
ON anda
Sanskrit atman

Does anyone else have other examples, or thoughts, esp. religious ones
e.g. atman and brahman, eq. for brahman
