From what I understand, after a period of flamages, some people
have been put in the 'must be approved by the moderator' list.

This is the cause of the delay for the messages of some posters.

Since Seshat lately is somewhat lazy in approving messages which
need her approvation, for these people is impossible to use
the list for quick turnaround discussions.
